Pace+ was created by a passionate runner who understands the need for quick, accessible pace calculations and training tools. Whether you're preparing for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, this tool is designed to help you plan and track your running journey.

💡 Inspiration

This app was inspired by the Pace+ Android application, which the creator used extensively for years. Unfortunately, that app is no longer available on the Play Store. This web version aims to recreate and expand upon those beloved features, making them accessible to all runners regardless of their device or platform.

🎯 Purpose

This application provides runners with essential calculators and tools for training. From basic pace conversions to advanced VDOT training zones, race predictions, and personalized training plans - all optimized for mobile use and available offline.

The calculations and formulas used in Pace+ are based on widely recognized running science and research, including:
